Hi all.

I know this isn't exactly a webhosting question but you web guys know a lot about the internet in general so I thought I should ask here as I can't find answers from anywhere else.:(

I currently have IE6 as my browser. However, recently I have been having a problem because the webpages don't load. All I seem to get is the following error message:

Downloading from site: res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm

I just cannot figure how to correct this problem. I have tried reinstalling IE6 but to no avail and now I am seriously considering purchasing a new computer (a bit harsh but my current one is rather old:bawling: )

Any suggestions???????

call your isp , looks like they might be having dns issues.

some of our clients from Canada had this same problem.
