Just out of curiosity. Is anyone ever going to write a good CP that will run on FreeBSD. After all I think it's a more reliable OS for a server. Any agree? I will like to see more CP that will run on other operating system other than Red Hat. I don't have anything against Red Hat but I don't think they are up there yet. I may be wrong though. Programmers, can anyone enlighten us!

You are right FreeBSD does rule the world..
For control panels you could use Plesk 1.3.1 not bad and does not cost that much. Its about the best one for FreeBSD that i have seen yet. Would get the job done..

Problem though is that it doesn't provide as much stuff as the others, like resellers system etc. But I guess it's a start.

Vortech,
Yeah, I heard that also. I spoke with a guy there as well and he mentioned the same t hing. The problem is how official is that. I will like to see a demo of it soon. In the mean time we can't sit around and wait though. I think Plesk can be a good CP but it's just too plain and doesn't provide any package creation. This CP wasn't really meant to be user friendly. They might be getting the idea right now though. The price is very good if you're willing to let some of the basic things go. We'll see. What CP are you using now.
