Currently, there is no API for domain pointers, as it's not a feature.

As far as I know there is no API for it and it is such an unwise idea to let clients touch things like DNS records. I certainly wouldn't let them, heck, we don't even let resellers edit domain records unless we have absolute faith in the fact that they know what they are doing.

But what APIs are available at CPanel, and where I can read about this?

Download them both if you like .. on webhostmanager manual, starting on page 25 you will see ALL API TAGS

The software is licensed on a month-to-month, per-server basis. "Internal" refers to servers located within the BurstNET® data center at Scranton, PA. "External" refers to servers at all other locations.
