KDAWebServices 05-26-2001, 06:26 PM Originally posted by Entemedia Is there anyway to allow clients to edit their DNS zone file? With an API? As far as I know there is no API for it and it is such an unwise idea to let clients touch things like DNS records. I certainly wouldn't let them, heck, we don't even let resellers edit domain records unless we have absolute faith in the fact that they know what they are doing. sergio 05-28-2001, 08:57 PM But what APIs are available at CPanel, and where I can read about this? CRego3D 05-28-2001, 09:36 PM I'm sorry Guys, but you are just beeing plain LAZY go to VDI.net .. they have in BIG CAPITAL LETTERS "MANUAL" Download them both if you like .. on webhostmanager manual, starting on page 25 you will see ALL API TAGS cheers Skeptical 05-29-2001, 02:38 AM I was looking here: http://www.burst.net/cp/ Is this software for sale or is it only for people hosting at burst? Also, what is meant by "internal" and "external"? > Internal - $35.00 / Per Month > External - $99.95 / Per Month Mark Vockler 05-29-2001, 02:57 AM Originally posted by Skeptical Is this software for sale or is it only for people hosting at burst? Also, what is meant by "internal" and "external"? The software is licensed on a month-to-month, per-server basis. "Internal" refers to servers located within the BurstNET® data center at Scranton, PA. "External" refers to servers at all other locations. Mark Vockler Aletia Hosting |
