Well, it sounds like other folks had bad experiences with HS. I personally didn't. I had a few small sites there and still have one. I've never had problems with down time and mail hasn't been a problem. I have thought that I definitely got a good deal.

However, I will say that my sites have been really small with not a lot of updates and moderate traffic. So that might have something to do with it. If your site is similarly small you might do okay. But I would also take heed to what others have said.... Maybe you should be wary.

There are plenty of hosts on here who offer nice small packages for cheap. Take a look around.
