Access 2000 / a minimum of 5 DSNs

Perl / ActivePerl
Server Side Includes
Control of write permissions
Free 24/7 Technical support / phone preferable
Stats program
Access to raw logs
Mailing lists and support for a list with several thousand recipients. (3500)
Backups
Backup power
Static IP address

all for less than $100 a month

I'm willing to spend more money to assure less headaches. I am noticing alot of people seem to have problems with the email list of 3500.

you can get a lot of stuff for 100$ a month... that package you are asking for will only cost around 10 - 20$ max I would say anywhere.
