Basically we are more focus on our local market but I want to have a balance of online signup. What are your secrects?

If it was posted on here...it would no longer be secret. My best suggestion would be to use the search function on this forum and search for advertising. You will find a lot of tips.

Think of it this way:

By focussing on your local market, you're selling yourself as much as, if not more, than your services. People see you, people know you, so they feel comfortable doing business with you. There's a trust level there.

You need to build up a similar rapport in the online world. If you take part in any forums, newsgroups, or discussion lists, include your business' URL in your signature. People may check out your site and your services if they feel good about you as a poster. You don't have to limit yourself to forums focussed on hosting, by the way - it can be anything you're interested in. Just make sure not to spam, and to follow any community guidelines.

This is just one thing out of dozens; and this alone won't get you lots of online signups. It's one thing to try, though.

honestly, so far 95% of my signups are people calling or word of mouth. online signup is convient, but some people are scared of it.
