None of these plans have contracts, you can cancel whenever you want. I just need tips on the plans and what else customers would like added to them etc before we launch. Its always good to know what customers like and want.

24/7 support is via icq/relay chat, email and bulletin board. We will impliment telephone support at a later time.

Just a couple thoughts on the listing/pricing. Basically, I think you've got a good list of options/prices, so you should hopefully do well. In my own experience(two hosts, and planning to move both to a single host soon), I have to say that along with pricing, "service/support" is a TOP issue. Provide TOP NOTCH support and you'll keep your customers, and maybe draw in more!

As for some questions on your list, here are a few that come to mind:

-Raw stats or just "site stats(online viewable)"...there is a BIG difference to me on that issue.

-For items like "mailing lists" and "databases" where you note "yes", could you elaborate on that? Like, how many? Yes could be 1, 100, or "unlimited".

Would also be nice to see your hosting site layout....I've seen a LOT of variance out there and some are awful, while others are pretty darn good. When I have looked for hosts, the FIRST thing I want to see on the front page is a basic "all the best" stuff, but a link to "hosting plans". One click and you're viewing the plans.....preferably in a "comparison" mode(best quickie view). I can get a quick view of whether I want to look any further from there. No use in wasting my time looking over 15 pages to find it's not going to be practical for my purposes. Just some thoughts on that!

Just to mention, though, I am about to go with a differnent host(have pretty much decided on who already) as I'm planning to move my site this next week, but I did want you to know that I definitely would have looked at your site if you offered these options for these rates....definitely "in the ballpark" for what I'd consider. Wish ya well....

Thanks....personally, I prefer the "raw" stats....then I can analyze them offline. I know some like that online thing, but my preference is raw. Thanks for the info on that though.

Yep, it sure is...especially an "affordable" one that offers some "meat" to their package! I've found this forum quite handy...a lot moreso than many of the "host search" type sites...definitely nice to hear the back/forth input on issues! I think I'm doing all right for locating a decent host though and hope it goes as well as I'm wishing. My other hosts have been good in many respects but there are some particulars that are prompting me to seek a single host and offerings.

Yes i know i should of posted it in the first post with the MySQL details :) Yes your right its very important for the host to take a look at it with the clients point of view, that way we understand each other alot easier ;) Yes i will post a noticed with my specials for all of the WHT members :) Yes cheap and quality is hard to find but it can be found :) i wish you luck and happy feastings with your host search :)
