Think it's the price?
This has been bugging me for a while, and with some professional insight I may be able to sleep a little tonight.
I'm trying to find justification for raising my prices. These $5.95 accounts are killing me after instabill takes their cut.
I feel that my level of customer support is great, and my current customers love the attention I give them... but prospective customers have no way of knowing this.
