I am adding this topic onece again. I am thankful to all who post replies and useful links. I installed applylead but there are certain things that are there at any cost if you want them or not. What I need is that I need a fully coustomized mailing software through which I can send mails to my clients about new announcements and updates. But there should be no advertisments of that software with the mails that I send to clients.

One more thing that how do many web hosting companies send email to clients about their account information when they signup. Do they send mails manually of they use some software in which they just put domain names and passwords and blah blah. I cant find such option in the famous control panels like cpane and plesk. I anybody could recommend such software I will be grateful.

For a mailing list program, I would suggest CodingClick.com's MyMail package. I think it would meet your needs, based on your post (it includes no ads with messages).
