Hi, i have setup a reseller account on a domain, i logged onto WHM with the domains user name and password, the WHM looks exactly the same as when i logged on as root, what am i doing wrong?

What I believe, you need to edit reseller privacy for his account.
Log into your master WHM and find edit reseller menu.
Dot do give him a full access.
