thanks your replies, i have read the post at http://webhostingtalk.com/showthrea...&highlight=1877 and know Ureach.com is fair good. However, I think their rates are out of my budget, are there any rates similar to http://www.myown888.com which offers no minimum payments/setup fee and only around $0.06/minutes?
Thanks all your help! :)

I have tried to use MyOwn888.com two times in the past month. My last try was over 9 days ago and I still have not heard from them with my number. They say give up to 5 days. They have not responded, even on the "Contact Us" link, it goes to nothing.

I use http://www.oneredcube.com
It costs me 20 dollars a month, plus 8 cents a minute.
This also allows me to have a list of phone numbers that the 1-800 number will forward to, the first number that answers takes the call
Once you answer, the system tells you who is calling and allows you to choose to talk to them or send them to voice mail.
There may be an option to let you forward the number to the next phone number on the list once yu answer the phone (unless you can not take the call), not sure.
There is also a call conference feature, and they charge you by the SECOND, not by the rounded-off minute.
I do not believe that you pay for the amount of time the messages take up.. but could be wrong.
I've used them for 4-5 months now and they are very honest with their billing. No hidden fees... this is what you should be careful to look for when making a choice.
You may want to look at me.net, as they offered the same type communications system a few months ago, but did not offer a 1-800 number at the time. They said this would be available in the future.

We've been using AccessLine (http://www.accessline.com) for a couple of months and so far they've been really good. We pay $12.99/mo. plus 6.3 cents/min. They will forward the 800# to 2 different lines which adds to the professionalism ("press 1 for sales, press 2 for tech support, etc."). They seem similar to ureach as far as I can tell. Worth a look.

oh, thank you all of your response, I find uReach don't accept international credit card stated in their FAQ, so finally I go to Kall8.
Yeah, happy to know Kall8 offer international terminal and online bill checking as well as accepting international customers!
Hope they offer me great service! :)
