Hello,

Our company is just about finished creating a PHP based ticket system.

We will be selling this script for a very low price at around $25.00 monthly.

It includes the following features so far:

User End:

Describe problem and priority
Automatic ticket id generation (a secret password for them to view past/current tickets)
Able to reply to admin's answers or solutions

Administrative End:

User/Ticket management
Ability to keep notes on user
Delete/Close/View tickets


That's all I can think of the features that we currently have, and we will be adding more.

If you can think of any new features that you'd like to see, please post here!

We'll also have two versions:

Remotely hosted

And a downloadable files for use on your server, however to prevent privacy, there will be a license file on our server and the script will check for the file on the server - much like the CPanel/WHM scripts.

Does it have the follow feature:

Feature:

Users can choose a catergory to put the problem in, eg most important, emergency etc... Also catergorized the problem? like FTP, Design etc...

It does have priority control currently.

Although, a category to seperate support tasks would be outstanding, we will definitily add that feature :)

Hi Matt,

Sounds good so far! Here are a few recommendations:

1) Ability to create support personel accounts. So employees won't all have to login under the main admin account.

2) Ability for admin to view closed tickets.

3) Ability for admin to search for tickets by a specific user, etc...

Hi Justin..

The first idea is very good, and we'll put that in also.

Search features are already a feature (just forgot to list it) and admins can view all tickets closed or not..
