Got a new system with XP Pro. When I connect to the internet, I am getting blank pages. And normally, the connection breaks off after a minute or two.
I have reinstalled the OS and the driver software. The outfit that sold me the system is sending a new modem. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas of anything else it could be. I have two ISP's and both are somewhat clueless.

When you say "blank pages" what exactly do you mean?

The standard "The page cannot be displayed" guy. Cannot find server or DNS error.

Maybe the dns server settings. Try a URL without a domain name, eg

http://216.239.53.101/

If you see google.com = check your dns settings in the dial-up properties.
