I'm looking for a host that can offer the following for a zero-income (not adult) site for around $5 a month.

- Any OS.
- CGI-scripting (Perl)/SSI.
- 15-20MB of space.
- minimum 2GB bandwidth (mainly graphics).
- FTP/server logs.
- 1 POP3 mailbox.
- 2+ e-mail forwarding.
- Reliable :D
- Cheap/free setup+domain transfer.
- Control panel (optional).
- 2 domain pointers (optional).

The HostRocket.com, err.. HostRocket.net ;) Economy Plan offers more than I need - a new 'Personal' plan priced relatively would be perfect.

I've been stung a few times now with 'unlimited' hosts (I'm learning!).

Any suggestions?

At $4/month and loads of features you may wanna try http://www.worldzonepro.com. I have two sites with them (one of which is http://www-bollywood.com) and overall they are pretty reliable.
