I've replied to all of your e-mails in a timely fashion. In addition, I spend a lot of time almost every day talking to you on ICQ. I just replied to an e-mail with the time stamp of 9:51PM. Come on now, a 5 minute response time is not realistic. You got your reply in less than 10 minutes.
Regards,

I did not complain that my emails are not answered or that you do not answer me, I just asked if you received my emails. I did not get a replay for the email sent at 9:51, please check your mail server and try resending any emails that you tried to send to me today from another server/address, thanks.

I've sent numerous e-mails to other servers with no problems, so perhaps you should check your server and make sure it is operating properly. And, if you would, please stop taking this thread offtopic, and contact me by private message instead (not to be angry with you, I just feel it is inappropriate for this discussion to be going on inside of a public thread).

Same Here
Matrix 05-24-2001, 07:36 AM The reason jheke is acting that way is because its been brought up a lot in the past on here about not getting responses to e-mails.
Jheke did you hire more tech support people like you said you were going to do back in January?

He did get several replies through e-mail, and he acknowledged that fact. That's why I might have come off as being a little angry. Although, I obviously put a disclaimer that I just wanted to keep the thread on topic, and that he could take those messsages to PM.
So, unless you are interested in purchasing services from me, I would appreciate it if you wouldn't assist in taking a thread more off topic than it already is.
Regards,

There are now technicians in the data center, so I can focus on other things, so hiring more people isn't really as necessary. Response time is significantly less by e-mail than it was... Usually in around 2 hours (or less) if you're e-mailing during the day. Many times, people get their responses in five minutes or less; it just depends if I'm working on helping customers on the phone and am away from the computer or not.
So, in response to your question, no, I haven't hired more technical support people, but I have arranged for a majority of the server maintainence to be lifted off of my shoulders, in order to focus on other things. If anyone has e-mailed me in the past few days and hasn't received a response, it's because my hard drive crashed, as stated above. I will get back to you as soon as I can recover the data.
As always, please direct any questions you may have to me via e-mail.
Thanks, and have a good day.
I am a customer of severhost.com and if you have some questions for a real customer feel free to email me or start a new thread some where and let me know. Please don't post them here as I don't want to take the thread off topic any further than I have.
Sorry to post here when I am not interested in buying another server but I know if I was interested I would be looking for other customers so I could ask them things (hence this post).
domus 05-28-2001, 06:29 AM jkehe what's your icq number ?
Matrix 05-28-2001, 08:57 AM The purpose of a forum is to get answers so if everything is kept off of a forum then how would one make a decision and a correct decision at that?

3000984; but the best way to get me is over e-mail right now.
Chicken - please lock this thread like you said in your e-mail. Things have gotten too off topic here.
