Ok, here's the deal. I'm looking to move away from Alabanza (my current dedicated hosting service) within the next few weeks/months, as I have had just too many problems with their service recently.

I have some very specific (not necessarily difficult, just specific) requirements about what I need from a dedicated hosting service. Please read the following v. carefully, and only respond if you can meet ALL the requirements laid out below.

Server Specification
* Minimum of 256MB memory (512MB+ preferred)
* Minimum of PIII800
* SCSI HDD (9GB or better) - RAID strongly preferred
* Some kind of reliable backup arrangement (at least weekly)

Service
* 75-80GB of bandwidth per month (actual measurement not 95th percentile) with reasonable price for bandwidth overages and NO BANDWIDTH CAP.
* Minimum 16 IP addresses
* BOTH simple control panel for setting up sites, making DNS changes, controlling email etc... AND root telnet access into server
* BOTH raw stats AND a suitable stats package (strong preference to one that shows originating domains amongst other data)
* Linux (with the latest kernel, patches, etc.)
* Perl, PHP and MySQL already configured
* Perl installed at #!/usr/bin/perl - too many scripts set up with that as default to be worth changing them all!
* Mod-zip (I think this is what it's called - the little proggie that compresses HTML pages on the fly as they are served)
* KEY KEY KEY POINT!!! Ability to point unlimited domains at one or more sites (I currently own over 2,000 domain names)
* Peering onto multiple backbones (I've seen what happens when peering is weak - and once was enough!)
* Managed security: a firewall, or at the least, regular security updates and patches on the server

Contract
* Low or no setup fee - see NOTE
* No longterm contracts (3 month maximum, preferably month by month) - see NOTE
NOTE: I have now moved dedicated server providers *4* times and each time I left money on the table because of restrictive contracts. IF your service is consistently good, you will keep me as a customer - period. IF your service is poor, then I want to be able to act accordingly and move on.

Other Questions
* Not a deal-breaker, but do you accept mature traffic (links to adult sites, casinos etc)? This may be relevant to me at some point. Please respond to this, even if the answer is "no".

What I will be Hosting
- EmailAddresses.com (gets approx. 250,000-300,000 monthly visitors)
- Various small sites (get 100,000 monthly visitors altogether)
- AdJuggler - ad rotation software (currently serves approx. 3,000,000 banners per month)
- VBulletin (several instances, most likely)
- UBB (one instance)
- Hyperseek or similar link directory software
- Autorank Pro topsites script
- URL redirection scripts
- Probably a greetings card script
- Tell-a-friend and other small scripts

IMPORTANT NOTE
Believe me, I *will* research all offers on this site and other well-known hosting resources... so if the balance of comments about your service is negative over the last few months, why not save both of us some time and don't bother to make me an offer - since I'll reject it anyway!

Price is not my primary consideration, but if two otherwise identical offers differ only in price, I will choose the cheapest of course!

I'd prefer responses in this forum, so that others can see and comment if they like, but of course I'm always happy to accept *relevant* email.

P.S. FOR VERY OBVIOUS REASONS (I HOPE) I WON'T HOST WITH ANYONE WHO IN TURN IS HOSTING AT ALABANZA!!
