Alright All,

First of all hello all its the first time I've used this forum!
I was only given the link today..... if I knew it was here I would have used long ago as I've had plenty of hosting hassles.

I run a small but busy web site for anglers which has also turned into a club, we also run a very good Snitz forum there........................... Anyway, Hello All

Sorry to make this my first post but anyone out there searching for a host should be aware of this.....

121Host has not updated their web site so if you unwittingly sign up for one of their "Windows Hosting Plans" online as I did this week then they will take your money and receive nothing in return as they no longer supply windows hosting......

Be careful all as you then have to go through the hassle of trying to get your money back as I now have to do, I don't know if I'll be successful as I can't get any kind of reply from 121Host I now have to rely on my credit card issuer to get the money back for me.

Hope this prevents hassle for one or two people!
Be Lucky, catch'ya'll soon ;)

Sorry to hear that Doughnut, Your credit card company should allow you to do a chargeback.

credit card companies usually side with the card owner cos they know that that's the hand that feeds them. In any case, as long as you are prepared to provide evidence when asked, they will usually give you the charge back,
