Is it possible to use .htaccess to control the rewrite rules for an individual site, such as a site used for parking domains and writing the parked domains URL in the browser

If I were to change the rewrite rule in httpd.conf for an individual site, would it get overwritten when I add a new site? I was thinking that I could set the rewrite engine to OFF for that one site. |
