I have a project but need a development team or leads to software that I can implement to achieve my task.
Basically I am trying to implement a system with the same features a www.freewebspace.com. Allowing users to have both free and paid web hosting services by providing subdomains to them.
I'm in the process of obtaining 3 dedicated servers just need help with the application development =/

Concantrate on the application development first. Without having application developed, it can be waste of money to pay few months to dedicated servers doing nothing.

Do you plan any payment for this development?

That was one of my many concerns. Right now I'm Just looking ofr which hosting solution would work better for me, co location or a private server.
But as you said, servers are useless without the initial development.
