I am looking to start a small(hopefully will grow to large) reseller business.

I have visited many reseller programs(more than 100), however, I have not found a solution that completely fits my needs.

Basically, I have a limited burget(under $50 per month), but I am looking for features that exist mostly(hopefully not only, otherwise this post is useless) on dedicated servers.

I am looking for,

1)An extremely customizable control panel( I know about cpanel), and that the host allow me to customize it.

2)Free nameserver

3)Allow me to sell custom account plans(custom diskspace, bandwidth, features...)

4)Allow me to somehow import/export account information(I am not sure if there is even such a feature)

6)If possible, powerful reseller control panel, which hopefully includes account management, billing

7)And still be affordable(so I could resell at profits)i.e. no $10 per GB bandwidth,...

8)Good support/reputation is a must, I don't want to get left in the fire when there is a problem.

I have also heard of so call virtual dedicated server, in which you receive envirnment that looks similar to dedicated machine, but its actually shared. I like the idea very much, since it gives me dedicated features(which will allow me to have the above) with low price, however, only larger hosts seems to offer these, and their price for the plan do not seems profitable.

So, basically I am looking for cheap reseller program with dedicated features, if you know of any other alternate service that suit me needs, please let me know, I really appreicate your help.

For those who just like to comment, let me just say that I have visited enough hosts to know that what I am looking for may pretty much be impossible, I am only hoping someone has found something I didn't find. So, don't laught at me, and save those "impossible" comments, that I know.

For all the custom things you need, you might have to go with a dedicated server. Most reseller plans have pre-configured accounts. Not sure of any hosts that let resellers have a custom Cpanel either.

VO for example allows customizing the look of cpanel, but they don't allow custom plans - as do most hosts. The only host I know which allows custom reseller plans is JaguarPC.
