Yes. I despise pop up windows I don't request.

For visiting my usual routine of websites, I use IE, but when I'm searching around google I power up opera which has a popup-killer integrated.

I have a pop-up killer for good reason.

Yesterday I got GAIN (gator) installed without knowing it... still figuring out how to delete it..:angry:

Jonah, download a program called Ad-Aware. It's very effective! It will remove all the crap from your PC including every installation of that beastly GATOR!

Anyway, I have a popupkillers as popups really really piss me off, so it's much better when they get zapped isn't it!

I have a popup killer and an ad killer all-in-one...

I don't want to kill all ads. People have to be able to pay for the bills for their sites somehow and I would rather have ads than having practically any site worth going to have to go to some sort of paid subscription to cover their costs and/or make a bit of money for their work. I don't mind a single pop on the index page either, for the same reason.

I do have a pop-up killer though, and when I hit a site that I want to stay on and has major pops going all over the place, then I load it up.

I am using Panicware Popup Stopper Companion. It owns.

I use "NoAds". And don't most popup killers just kill popups after they come up? Mine does, I don't worry about sites having to earn their money.

I have a browser with a pop up stopper built in,i dont have 2 worry about pop ups!!

I don't blocks pop ups as they support the sites I like to go to. They may be annoying and stuff, but I would be worse off without those sites.
