Biobob 02-12-2003, 04:16 AM Yesterday I had over 60 Posts on my Post count , today I have 27 or so...
I also have seen people with 0 Post Counts on their names...

SoftWareRevue 02-12-2003, 05:28 AM I think ya'll are halucinating.
UH-Matt 02-12-2003, 05:40 AM Nope. Was on 4250 yesturday.
Biobob 02-12-2003, 08:22 AM lol, this is degrading...
SoftWareRevue 02-12-2003, 08:25 AM You should feel lucky.
I've seen some with large negative numbers as their post count.
Knogle 02-12-2003, 08:38 AM negative numbers? heh.. must be bad.
cactus 02-12-2003, 08:58 AM Yeah, mine has been reduced from 702-114 = 588
sprintserve 02-12-2003, 09:03 AM I read somewhere that posts in advertising forums now don't count....
SoftWareRevue 02-12-2003, 09:10 AM They not only don't count, they were removed from your total along with any you posted in thrown threads. Next will be any you posted in the lounge.
coight 02-12-2003, 09:16 AM Who cares? The higher the post count the less of a social life you have.
sprintserve 02-12-2003, 09:22 AM What's thrown threads?
SoftWareRevue 02-12-2003, 09:24 AM The super secret forum that only mods see. (or so they say)
Supposedly it is where deleted threads go; instead of being . . well . . deleted.
Again. This is just a theory proposed by inside operatives.
jhcashman 02-12-2003, 01:20 PM i think now only post is "main" forums count. I lost like 150 posts :(
Gordo 02-12-2003, 01:24 PM I was told in another thread on this I needed a billion to reach the free bw prize level.
If anyone needs a few posts, you have my permission to pm a mod to see if they can transfer some of mine to you. I don't believe I'm in the running anyhow.
pokerstore 02-12-2003, 01:57 PM I don't understand why so many people are concerned with their post count?
Xanith 02-12-2003, 02:47 PM Alot of people see there post count as "status"..
i.e. you respect someone more if they have a higher post count.

Much like SA's 'comedy gas chamber' I assume.. except regular users can't read the moved threads in order to poke fun at 'em.

DigiDesignz 02-12-2003, 10:55 PM Yea, this sucks... Im now a newbie with 14 posts... I was a WHT Guru with 175 or so...
Cant the mods put our post counts back to what they were and then place this new rule active as of now...
jhcashman 02-12-2003, 11:14 PM okey i can understand the whole removing the post thing but custom titles???? What harm could some custom titles do? jeez
iamdave 02-12-2003, 11:47 PM What the hell? I lost about 500-600 posts... DAMNIT :(
alpha 02-13-2003, 12:04 AM you know... just as long as they don't start charging for custom titles.. in which case I would just leave WHT all together... but anyways, unless that happens, im still content with WHT :D
Argh... Multiple threads galore on the same topic...
