Does anyone use a spread sheet of sorts for keeping track of customers? If so, my laziness prompts me to ask if you have a template to go by that I might use. :-)
I am finding that my sticky notes, emails, and other forms of tracking is getting WAY out of hand.
Just curious.. no biggie if not, I will just have to think a little and get off my butt and do it. Ughh.. thinking hurts sometimes.

Don't have anything for you but yes you could always set up a spreadsheet which would contain columns which record your client's information. Just table all the details you captured during their sign up.
Alternatively, you could create a database to handle that.
I guess some others would have used Modernbill and the likes which would probably do that for you.

Just remember ModernBill is only $14.95 a month for 50 clients :)

i did the same when i started , before i knew i had 100 clients scattered everywhere .
Plus to make matters worse hostcharge where handling the billing and they dont take the clients address .
We now use ms office and sage line 50
I would never use any online billing system , i prefer to work offline
