Hi all,

After setting up a virtual account then login in and uploading files i get a internal server error(error 500)... Is their something i am forgetting??? has anyone experienced this?

I am on a raq4i from rackshack.

My proceedure to create a new site is to click "add virtual site" from the server maintanance page, fill the info in, transfer the domain configure the dns, create a user for the site, upload using ftp my index.html.

do i have to chown anything???

Are they asp pages or something? and ASP is not on?

Its a simple html file with the words "hello world" in it

dont worry ppl, i figured out the problem.... Yay...

i was uploading a htaccess file that was corsing the problem. solution was to upload a blank one..
