100 GIG of Transfer is a bit too much for me.

If you can reduce it to, say 40 GIG, how much will it cost?

I would asume that the operating system would be Linux... Is there any other features that the servers come with?

As in:

ASP Support?
PHP Installed?
MySQL Installed?
Real Media Streaming?
JSP and Java Servlets?

1. Your URL?
2. How much are one-time upgrades (RAM, second hard disk)?

Can you add Cpanel to that server? If so how much extra?
also how much for daily backups?

Regards

Craig

We are working on CPanel.

In regards to daily backups if you use ensim, its built in, but we can get you pricing on that.

Same Question here too.
Still Waiting For Your Reply !

Since we are trying to provide INTENSE powerful solutions, the price will only drop $20 to 255$ per month.

These packages are configured for expansion.

In regards to custimization, they can be custimized, but we expect if a hosting company is using these for hosting, they will need to grow, and being cost effective is also important.

In regards to JSP and Java Servlets let me know what is needed and we will go ahead and look into the matter.

We havent had much of a request for them, but if they are needed, we will get it.

This is replying to a question earlier, that was never answered.

Just wanting to know what they are like etc :)

Seems a deal too good to be true

What are you saying exactly.

Seems like a deal to good to be true. Do you call Bursts a deal to good to be true, or other companies..

Nothing against anything, but this is how stuff starts.

If you need a list of references we can supply them.

We dont get listed in a article if it was too good to be true. I mean come on, we have partnerships with UUnet, Cable and Wireless, Yipes, and many others. Thats just not a good comment.

I wouldn't signup with them because they don't even have Secure Server to take orders :kaioken: !!! so everyone watch out for your credit card details.

Jbiz what partnerships do you have with cable and wireless, uunet, etc you use Yipes, you couldnt have partnerships with companys you dont even use.. not to mention what are you partnering with them for, they dont partner with small companys...

As far as JBIZ company, hes a nice guy, and is always on hosthideout.com everyone visit and chat :)

Jbiz you do need to get ssl, theres no excuse for even asking someone to sign up if you dont have ssl, its bad business and puts your customers at risk..

JBIZ718
05-23-2001, 05:56 PM
Are site is being totally redone.

I mean if thats the only thing you point out, that should be fixed in about 2 weeks, then I think we are doing a great job. Both are sites are getting redone..

And since this is done via contract, it is faxed into us.

Also the server is secure... Thanks for pointing out something we are aware off.

I have had my negative moments on this forum, but its funny how people go out of there way to make you look bad. They dont know how you signup, but will just try to make you look bad and hope to make themselves look good by doing it.

In regards to C&w we are part of there ESP program(Enhanced Service Provider) and will be using them when we bring everything home to Chicago.

UUnet is also in the NOC we are in, as well as At&t.

We are looking at there NOC's as well as other services. We do have some clients that request T1 lines and what not. So thats why.

In regards to the SSL we are quite aware of this.

As I said earlier are site is being redone, and it will all be fixed.

Its my fault, I launched the new specs before our sites where redone. I do apologize.

I didn't want you to look bad... fix the SSL up and everyone will be happy...

indeed you have nice packages/prices,

I would think of signing up with you if you had SSL and Cpanel3 :D

wish you all the best

The ssl will be fixed soon.

Cpanel is really the hot topic lately. I ve been asked many times to get cpanel on these servers

We are looking into it.

As far as im aware youve never had ssl on your site, didnt know if you were aware of that or not, either way you should hold off on offering products and services until your website is secure for your potential customers...

Also your potential customers might feel misleaded when you say your partnered up withfirms your really not partnered up with, just buying a product or service does not make you a partner.

Just my 2 cents... next week the price goes up to 3 cents :)

Craig
05-23-2001, 07:03 PM
Im sorry it wasnt a go at you. I was just asking if anyone had signed up for a server so i could basically have a chat to them, it wasnt anything personal. Just i wanted to know what the crack was from another mouth :)

Sorry

Craig

Charles Im not sure where you going at, but UUnet and At&t are already in the NOC we are in. I can supply you with Domains for both of those, which we have servers on which are traced to both companies listed.

Besides that UUnet we are partnering with for T1 Lines for some our clients, and Cable and Wireless we are a ESP with them already. This is not misleading about those solution partnerships, its a reality. These are companies we are currently in business with and or are going to be in business with. We have a plan for where are company needs to be, and who is involved.

In regards to SSL I will have it fixed tommorow. I realize the need, but we also do offline contracts for many services we offer, so SSL doesnt come into play...

In regards to prices they are here to stay. These arent sales or specials, these are current prices. We dont see a change coming soon, best case prices will drop.

If I seem defensive, well our solution partnerships are in place already, I dont like someone pointing that something is misleading, when it is not.

Craig, no problem... In about a week I can get you a list of many people to contact..

Planet Z

I see where everyone is coming from.

I think the misunderstanding lies in what constitutes a partnership. Many people consider a partnership to mean working directly with the company in question, not just being a customer of it.

No harm done. It just needed some clarification.

Josh

JBIZ718
05-23-2001, 09:32 PM
Well we do have a solution partnership with Cable and Wireless, and We have a refering Solution partnership with UUnet. We are a client of At&t..

This post is starting to get off track, but you are right.

I will open a post called Partnerships in the general conversation.

I guess thats as much as I can say...

The designer working on the site has been gone for about 2 weeks in Las Vegas.

She should be working on the site on Monday of next week.

In regards to pricing and what not, I can give you a list of prices, that will be the same info that will be put on the site...

Thanks for asking

Some things take a little longer then expected, but at all points we have maintened a very high standard of support, and elite customer support...

I would suggest getting a responcible designer. You have been promising updates for weeks. So either your designer left you high and dry or you have been jerking us all around.

<<MOD NOTE:>>
This thread isn't about the SSL cert., and maybe it is time to take this issue out of this forum and start a new thread about it elsewhere. I realize it affects the offer (somewhat), though the problem has been pointed out.

Just so everyone knows Ses has some personal issues against me.

He clearily has no point to his post but to make me look bad in someway ,which is what Ses is about...

In regards to the quality of the designers work, she is quite good, and I know when she gets to it, it will be done asap.

I do respect her, and was aware of the delay. I also know that she has a life outside of this, and expect it to be done asap...

Thats where it stands today...
