Well after email them and threads getting deleted, i got payment from 2checkout for february ending period..

How come i never got the payment for the January period. I checked account and all i got was the feb period.

Ive been posting on their boards but my posts get deleted in 2mins.. I called them and this lady told gave me some other number to call and told me there was only one woman in billing department and she doesnt pick her phone up till evening cause she is doing billing...

Wtf.. how will you have one person in a whole billing department..

and i thought 2checkout paid bi weekly??? Well are there any processors out there who pay faster and who actually pay?? 2checkout ignores emails and tickets.... kinda sucks since its my money and not theirs.

Hah, you kidding me? For the first or two months I was with them, they ain't bad. Later on when account is generating bigger amount, they would start pissing you off from day to day.

They did reply my email, often with their common phrase "Your email has been forwared to an appropiate department. You'll soon receiving an email from them"

Do a search on my OE, jazzy@2checkout.com has sent me before an email asking whether some transaction are test order or not, I replied with a yes and wish it could be refunded back without charging me. It is my own credir card I was using to test my new ModernBill.

Didn't get that email back and those three transaction were still charged by 2checkout although I've turned on the Test Mode.

Maybe by sending email directly to person would resolve matter quicker than sending emails to those who posted on the web. I am still looking for those emails who ask me to wait.. I have got at least 5 emails and above..

I don't understand why people come up with those problems.
I got about 5 responses within 24 hours from 2 guys (the emails i gave) but i think you guys are right that 2co support is so slow. (sometimes it doesn'T even work)

ya they are quite slow.

Paysystems have been around a lot longer too. Sometimes, longer operating history does tells a lot. They had a good fraud checking system too.

Some good some bad, I am totally confused
go get a bank merchant account, maybe that will be 100% safe?

i wish i could get a real merchant account . but i don't have that much money at the moment :(
