I'd really appreciate some comments from users that have hosted with servercentral.net. I like what they offer but I haven't seen any comments from users about their service and their website seems very basic which kind of concerns me as well.

Yeah their sites looks very basic... but they are developing another web site. http://www2.servercentral.net/ this looks better then current.
