I know this isnt the place to post for HostCharge's support, but I really need some answers here...

I have some funds in my account that I been trying to widthdraw to my account for about 2 weeks now, and I havent heard a single response from them.

They certainly does not have the rights to hold my money hostage like this, its not much, but I been so damn disappointed with their service, I just want to get whatever I got and close my account, ( although they charge $30US to do a wire)!!

I made a widthdraw request, it says 4 to 5 business days, its been 2 weeks, I sent several emails to individuals, as wel as the support address, and for the last few months, I sent well over 10 emails, asking about my account and expressed interest in their ATM card, but I did not recieve even a single reply.

My question is, has anyone actually got paid by hostcharge yet? how would I get my money if they dont answer their emails, and not wiring it to my bank?

I did get paid by them once, which was several months ago, and that took a while too.

any help is appreciated!

Direct wires to your bank account worked for a short while (some six months ago it seems now), but then they were 'disabled' in the HostCharge MCC. Then you could only get payment via bank draft (a check) which was short-lived. We were then told the ONLY way to receive our funds was to get the FREE ATM card provided by HostCharge. After waiting for weeks, in fact well over a month for this ATM card to arrive (which never did in my case), and enduring many, many inquiries that were never responded to in any way, we learn that the ATM cards were now useless and 'everyone' would be able to get their funds via direct wire to our bank accounts, and because of all the hassel these wires would be free.

However, in order to receive your wire we were instructed to EMAIL our bank details (i.e., account number, routing number, name on account, bank name, etc. etc.) to Trevor at HostCharge. Yes I said EMAIL these details. An absolutely insane and insecure method of handling this personal financial information. In spite of that, since this appeared to be the ONLY way I would have any chance at getting my funds from this company I decided it was worth the risk, once, to do this.

Now, like you, after a full ten days and no funds have been wired I find myself again sending multiple messages to this company (every email address I know of) to try and find out what the status is with my funds.

Just today I finally got an actual response from someone at HostCharge, Asher specifically, saying the following...Please request a wire as you normally would from your mcc.

regards,
ashar. Here we go again, the rules have changed again. One more hoop to jump through and I'm at the end of the line again...

Throughout all of this craziness some of the people at HostCharge have been relatively forthcoming about the problems they have encountered over the last 6 months or so. Problems which have kept all of us jumping through ever changing hoops in the hopes of actually getting our money. I commend them for being as honest and forthcoming as they can with regards to all this, however I remind them. As customers of yours our concerns are not with your problems, your problems are YOUR problems. As your customers we want only for you to hold up your end of the agreement we have as vendor/customer, your problems beyond that are not our concern (and shouldn't be).
