i was wondering if anyone knew of a program that basically is geared towards customer service agent who answer many emails . This is for a call center that gets high a volume of emails and needs to answer everyone of them . They also have multiple clients they must answer email for . They need to have access to all of the accounts , but not be able to send dupe mails . I need to be able to set security permissions , so these users can delete sent items etc..., and it would really help if it had reporting features so i can see who is doing what . if anyone knows of something like this , please let me ...thanks
