Hi, I need a recommendation for the cheapest price host with with best support.

My criterias are:
> 100mb
< $25/month
free Domain aliasing
free subdomains
Unix hosting
SSL
PHP
webmail
Web Logs/stats

24-7 phone support. no more then 10 min wait for support. willingness to talk/walk you through situations.

so far I've been recommended mediatemple.com. anyone else?

Well, I am a noobie to these forums, but in all my past experience you are not going to get the best support AND the cheapest price. Anywhere.

True, much less 24/7 PHONE support.

You get what you pay for.....

You best bet is to get a couple of hosts that interest you and then do a search on them and see what type of things you get back from it.. You could also ask again in this forum about the hosts you have in mind and maybe get some feedback from actual customers.. Sorry to hear about your misfortune with FP but your best bet is probably to just move on to another host rather than get all worked up about it.. another thing I suggest is reporting them to the BBB at www.bbb.org... good luck

Well he's willing to pay up to $25 a month, depending on the bandwidth he wants, it could be a reasonable request.

Well, atleast this guy is willing to pay for some quality. He's not asking for the $1-10 a year recommendations.

If you're wanting recommendations check out unitedhosting.co.uk or fluidhosting.com. They seem to have good reputations.

True he's not asking the impossible, but with 24/7 phone support that will take some looking....
