ips do not take months. you heard wrong. :)

they generally take a week - we do ip requests once a week usually.

I.e. what if my EIDE hard rive fails on the server that you provide and I don’t have RAID 0 or 0+1 on that server? If you provide the 100% SLA on hardware then your 100% guarantee just got thrown out the window due to the hard drive failure which will take you time to replace.

As for my 2 posts that you allude to as “busting on competitors”, I don’t see what the big deal is about and I am not busting on them. What do you charge to have them RAID'ed? I couldn't see any options for that in your order form.

The raid is software raid I believe - so I doubt there would be a charge just something they do when setting up the server. I dont honestly know though.
