When you become a reseller and encounter problems of the typical type you may get, billing errors, control panel problems etc.

Do you have to fix these problems yourself or do you refer it to the parent registrar, ie: enom.

It depends on how you do it.

Let's use enom as an example parent:

If you don't use enoms credit card processing services, then the billing part is up to you, thus any billing errors you'd have to fix.

If you dont' use enom's api, then all the control panel functions reside on enom's servers, so any problems they would fix.
