Not sure if I am asking this in the right place...


I had asked my reseller hosting provider to restore a full backup for a client - Installatron wreaked havoc after installing CubeCart. After the restoration, she is no longer able to work with one domain. It is not showing in WHM, client can't delete the domain from domain add-on section and Fantastico does not see it. Its been well over a day and reseller hosting provider has yet to fix the issue - claims sysadmins are still "working" on it.

trying to remove the domain via cPanel, the following appears:

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain soothing-gel.com

What could be the issue that this domain shows in the add-on domains section, and why would it take over a day to fix the issue... any idea's?

Not sure but sounds like a permission issue. They can simply delete and recreate the zone.

Apparently, its an easy fix from what I just found on cPanel forums... must be the system Admins at Innohosting are lazy.

tell them to try removing the addon domain manually via backend and re-add it via cPanel
