My old IP is 64.191.12.109 then I change it to 64.191.12.112.

But then when I view www.routerwebhost.com the SSL Test page came up instead of my website. When I ftp to using www.routerwebhost.com all the contents are still there.

Can somebody help?

If you are on a dedicated server, please take a look at your Apache config file, especially the virtual host section for the website 'routerwebhost.com', it looks like home directory path needs changing. Once changed, restart Apache. If you are a customer with a web hosting company, simply contact the company's support and notify them of the error.
