I found some references to this forum software dated february. When I tried to go to the site (www.phpbb), it was an unconfigured apache server.

Anyone know where I can get a look at the documention for this software.

My guess is that they must be moving. I tried to get to the site a week ago or so and got all kinds of error messages.

I have the last release (Phpbb 1.4) If you want I can send it to you.

We have just installed / setup the script (ver 1.4.0) last week downloaded from their site http://www.phpbb.com ,but unfortunatelly I cannot get into their site right now. Most propably they are just move to a new server.

You should be able to download it. I'm running 1.4 with some hacks for "who's online" "private message on index" and a few others. It's a nice free board. Recommended.

I use the same hacks that you :)
But I think that is a GREaT forum for free!.
But.. I can't find a decent Poll for it :(
