We use Cobalt Raq3 for our server, The problem is we have a dificulties to install SSH on that server... What is the right choice of .rpm for SSH to installed it at Raq3 ???

install openssh as found on the cobalt package site (http://pkg.nl.cobalt.com/)

you'll find packages for openssh 2.1.1p2 and openssh 2.5.2p2-1 (recommended)
