Are there any credit card processors with recurring billing (such as 2checkout), but instead of a period such as charge every 1 month, an option to start the subscription on a certain date, and then bill every month (ex. person pays for the service on Feb 14th, but the monthly period doesn't start until Feb. 20th)?

I already use PayPal, but I'm just wondering if there are any services that let you do what I've mentioned above.
