Little off topic, I know, but what's the deal with Junior Member, Full Member etc. etc. Is this based on the number of postings you make, quality of postings, whether admin guy likes you, etc etc?

It's on the no. of posts you make.

I think 30 or more makes you a full member.

It's a feature common to other UBBs around the Net and is set by the UBB moderator.
