Im looking for a php programmer who could add add extras to my online business.
Knowledge of mysql is vital.
and they must make sure there programming is secure
My site is very popular with marketers, and is in constant use, and it contains a database of 3000 members. As I think of new ideas, I want someone who can program them in.

I am looking for a good programmer, who is honest, and with whom I can develop a good working relationship with.
The programmer must be able to accept payments via paypal, and use icq, msm ect, and ideally be around 5 hours + /- GMT

Each project will be relatvely small, some will involve just adding/ changing the code. others will be bigger, possibly taking a few hours to complete, I would like to be given a quote for each project, upto a max of $40.
So Im looking for a programmer who would earn $5-$10 per hour
