The bandwith monitor in previous versions of CPanel and Ensim would only report pre-compression numbers when mod_gzip was installed. For example, 4GB real bandwidth usage would get reported as 7GB (before the mod_gzip compression).

Has this been corrected in either or both of these 2 control panels?

I'd keep it at what I have if I were you..the true bandwidth transfer that the users WOULD have if you didn't optimize it is the High one (what the provider would want)
