CrazyHostGuy,

I just want to say that although your website looks good, I don't think it's the best for your kind of business. You need something that is more on the company/professional side (light background & dark text).

For example, take a look at ***** website. Noone recommends them to a friend, but they still get a lot of business. Very much depends on the fact that they have a professional looking website which makes people think they are a professional and reliable company.

Your site color scheme doesn't annoys me at all, as long as the loading time is fast and you have very good flexible and attractive hosting packages for web designers and resellers.

I am very interested in your packages as it suit my needs as a web designer. Anyway, I still have 2 weeks more to decide before the offer ends and hoping that by bumping this thread to the top I would get a second opinion to confirm your reliable service before I commit to a long term reseller account.

Anyone can help?

Cactus:
I'm glad you like our colour scheme... not everyone feels the way you do... :D

Zolbian:
We appreciate your honesty, and you have some valid points... thanks!
At some point in the future we'll likely re-design the website, but right now we are just concentrating all our efforts on service and reliability. We have been having quite a lot of interest in our services lately, and that's taking up most of our time.
Like our name (CrazyHostGuy.com), we wanted a "catchy" presence which is why we went with bright colours and a unique name. We wanted something that would "stick out" and took a risk on the website being seen as unprofessional. We have since had comments both for and against our website (and name!).
Once the initial "honeymoon" period is over, we will be re-evaluating our "look". Until then, we are quite comfortable with our current website, as we are in the middle of building our brand.
Thanks again! :D

Thanks Rob, I received your email and good advice. Please allow a few days more before I sign up for an account. 000domains.com is currently not in service as I understand from their site that it's under maintenance and we can only register new domains after 20--5-01 so I plan to register a new catchy domain name also to use it for my account with you.

Thanks again.

I tried going to the site but it's down. I'll try again later :)

Well that's certainly not good for business now is it?! There were routing problems this morning at the Verio data center that affected quite a number of hosts... one of them was us. Fortunately it was not a serious problem, and it was promptly corrected.

Cactus:
I'm interested to hear what you come up with for a "catchy" name! :D

Hi Rob,

I will be using the domain maniwin.com to sign up for an account with your company soon.

Hehe, it's not as catchy as yours but I am quite happy with the name "Man-I-Win"
