This is the final offer for the following:

-435 web hosting customers

-Several domain names that the customers have been associated with

-Annual revenues of USD$60,000.00

-Nine dedicated server contracts

The selling party will accept bids as low as USD$40,000.00. Any serious bid(s) at or above this level will be accepted, pending the necessary background checks on the buying party. Due to time constraints, the selling party can only accept 100% cash at closing and will not sign a non-compete agreement.

A detailed report will be presented to interested buyers, including a listing of account types, monthly fees, number of customers, and account features for each account.

Interested buyers should contact the selling agent at:

Please note that this is an asset only sale. The assets will be transferred from our holding company to the buyer upon completion of a purchase agreement and 100% of the funds being placed in escrow. The customer data will be furnished as raw Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL databases.

Why does the link at bizbuysell.com say you have 3500 clients and above you say 435? Please icq or email me with the reasoning , I would like to discuss this with you.

I have a couple of other questions for this poster: could you clarify what you mean by "will not sign a non-compete agreement?" Do you mean the selling company won't agree not to compete with the buyer -- i.e. won't promise not to go into the webhosting business (this I wouldn't expect) or do you mean they won't sign what might be more accurately called a "nonsolicitation agreement?" That is, agree not to solicit these sold accounts at a later date? In other words, are you saying that the seller is specifically saying that they're offering no quarantee that after accepting payment they won't contact all of these clients (armed with their complete account details) with an offer to again host their sites?

Why is it that "time constraints" have an effect on the seller's willingness to sign such an agreement?
