Guys,

My server currently shows me the following:

Current Disk Usage
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/hda1 243M 57M 173M 25% /
/dev/hda5 16G 1.4G 13G 9% /home
/dev/hda6 1.9G 930M 938M 50% /usr
/dev/hda7 509M 380M 103M 79% /var

I don't think my disk is in a good shape. Am I correct?

I have been searched in this forum to solve this problem.
But no luck.

I'm sure somebody has mentioned that I could reduce
the 79% usage for my /var, as I suspect that the partition
has many temporary files.

Anybody knows how to make my disk healthier?

Well, I don't think you're in that bad of a situation disk wise. That var partition is probably just filled with mostly with log files that can be cleaned up.
