I'm having some problems with Ensim for Windows.

I thought that if you created a user they would have ftp/email/web access. It turns out that they only get email access.

Only the admin of the site has ftp access.
How can users get access via ftp?

You need a seperate ftp server application running, IIS doesn't allow the use of host headers to create multiple FTP sites, and since Ensim is just an automation of things you'd do manually using the snapshot, it doen't have a built in ftp software included. It support propietery ones, check on their site.
