How many of you have a business plan & swot?

Business plans are usually a guarded secret since they contain company's recepie to success, so personally I would only share my business plan with my biz partner my bank loan officer and my lawyer but no one else :)

Good point. To everyone. Can i get any infomation sent to my we have to compare and contrast infomation on the business plans/infomation.

I cannot deny that a SWOT and Business are guarded secret. But here is one which you could look at when drafting them.

They are not Web Hosting Specifics but they do serve as some guiding point on how you could proceed.

SWOT?

SWOT= Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunites and Threats

Strengths and Weaknesses are internal

Opportunities and Threats are external

You also count in the Strength & Weakness of your Competitors. Unless you know that building ground to meet the competition is much difficult :)
