Is it possible to have specials? like 30days free, then it will start the price on the second month?
also when customers check out, does 2checkout keep all the customers info? so we could go in anc check it out? and get thier contact info?

Yes 2checkout keeps their contact info so you can view it. Not their CC information though. I don't think they have a "trial" feature implemented yet

is there anyway to do specials? or promos? or how about anyway to change what they get charge monthly? like if they want to upgrade to a differant plan, we could change it without them putting in thier info again...

2co really doesn't have that by default.
You will need to use some kinda 3rd party script / shopping cart that supports what you want.
I for example use ModernBill ... I do absolutely NOTHING in 2co when it comes to plans, 1 time charges. I only setup the account detail part and a passback paramater. Modernbill's API works flawlessly w 2co and everything works out. ;)
PhpManager also has this.. I didn't choose it for the fact taht if PhpManager's site goes down, so does your billing/ordering system. Not an issue w MB, also MB is more versitile when it comes to changing different aspects.
(ie.. change from 2co to Auth.net merchant account and it's seemless to your customers!!!)
I can't say enough about MB.. I too am small and thought I couldn't 'afford it', but for $15 mtnh... I know now it's I couldn't afford to go without it!! ;)

there is a built in coupon system that would allow this.
It works very nicely!!
You can set %'s off or certain amount (ie.. if 1 mnth free you put in that price in $$ field.) It even has a recurring option on coupns so you cna make it a reoccuring coupon.
