I have a few questions any help is welcome.

1) Does paysystems allow you to refund a RFI * request for information so you can avoid the charge back fee. Especially on a transaction that you know you cannot win

2) Is their MERCHANT IMA account better for control over what transaction syou decline and what you accept i have read a lot about paysystems declining too many transaction arbitrarily.

I currently use worlpay and am looking to try someone new fopr my new site.

Lastly, i called them and they said yes to all the above but i am happier to hear from users with first hand experience with their service as company often juist say "yes yes" to get your business.
