I need a cheap web hosting with SMTP.
I want to send email with my domain with outlook or any other email programs.
Almost all the affordable web hosts only allow pop and no SMTP and tell us to use our ISP's email address.
Any suggestions?

30-75MB
5-7 GB B/W
CGI
PHP
MySQL
At least 7 POP...I don't need unlimited
Don't need any email forwarding
IP address would be nice, but not essential.
Atleast 1 Subdomain

Well..What is the average cost from reliable web hosts for this type of service?
I'm assuming it's under 10 bucks a month for this...

Well, not exactly. They tell you to use your ISP's SMTP server, but you can set your address in your mail program to be your name@your_domain. Only time this is a pain is if you use more than one ISP.
You'll find these features for around $10 though your bandwidth requirements are a bit high - maybe you'll have to go up to $20 for that.

In case you do not want to use your ISP's SMTP to send mail, you're welcome to use ours.
I'm not sure if they offer SMTP for your domain or just one general SMTP for all users. They also have unlimited transfer

amalgam why would you recommend a host that you have never used? That makes no sense.
That's like me recommending going to El Paso, TX. I have heard it's a great place, never been there, but I would recommend to all my friends that it is a good place to vacation at.
Does this make any sense, hell no.
