Acegamer, are you servers located at the hub of Telecom and Internet Connectivity?
If so, do you rely on Cogent or Level3/Gbx/Quest?

Okay I have a few questions, and yes I would like an IP so I can ping it and stuff, and a test file to download from a server which will be located exactly where mine will be.


I notice you have multiple locations, please could you arrange for the test site to be of the best geographic location for the least amount of lag to the UK.


I would request if you could guarentee that we average at about 100kbit, but 3 times a week we will be doing webcasts.


These sessions will be of about 2/3 hours each, currently we havnt gone over 1mbit because we have had so many hosts fail us, trying to find a cheap and reliable one is very hard.

However we would request that we could have at least 3mbit of bandwidth guarenteed when we need it for the radio casts, which will be as mentioned, 3 hours 3 times a week.

I think Cpanel have to be purchase yourself without discount, Ohhhhh, it's $60-75/Month + 99.95 => $160-$175/month

Has anyone else ordered and RECIEVED there server from this deal yet?


I ordered mine on saturday, was told 2-3 days for setup, since then, it seems that TOMMOROW never comes, as ive been told it will be "READY TOMMOROW" every day, via email.



I feel like such a dumb ass now, I have no proper contact details, no website, no phonenumber, just one email address and a few IM details, yet ive already handed my cash over, damn ill never learn, I hope paypal can get the money back for me :(
