Preamble:
Modertators - this is an odd one, so if it falls under the webdesign banner feel free to move it. Thanks..

We have a special offer for Alabanza hosts. A while back I made a control panel set for our server that never ended up being used. Instead of letting it go to waste I've decided to offer it for a very affordable amount. If anyone is interested we have a page up here:

http://www.akashik.net/offer/controlpanel.htm

with a 'screenshot' of what it would look like once installed.

A link for ordering is also there...

The file includes a full set of 33 individual images in full color as well an extra full set of 33 images in greyscale, making 66 in total.

The average size of each graphic is 50x52 and they 'weigh' between 1 to 1.5 k each. This means they fit the default control panel very well, and load quickly.

If anyone is interested, and has questions or comments feel free to contact me via the mail link under my post.

Best Regards,
Greg Moore

Too bad you don't just want to release them for everyone.

Then you would be a famous guy worldwide. A template having your name.

I hope you reconsider...

It's a nice idea I'll admit. A little late now the horse is out the gate though...

.. that and I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. :)

Not bad any way to get a better look at the images?

I've had a couple of questions so figured I'd answer them here:

Once bought and paid for they become yours. You can install them on any server you have across multiple accounts. There isn't a 'user license' or such based on numbers. One server or a hundred, it's it up you.

There's no reason not too use them on a different control panel than Alabanza's. For the most part control panels use much the same features. I only mentioned Alabanza as that's what they were originally designed for. If they work for you, then it's no problem.

This is an icon set, not a control panel. The zip file contains 66 icons only. The modification of the color scheme of the control panel itself it up to you (and not very difficult) at least on Alabanza.

Yes I can build a custom set. Of course, as it's a fresh job from scratch it won't be for the price offered. Contact me if that's a concern and we'll talk.

If you're a reseller under Alabanza then no they probably won't do you much good. As control panel changes are server wide in some areas you'll have to talk to your upstream about the possibility.

The icons use a white background, so that should be considered as well... The default C-Panel for instance would be a poor choice.

Feel me to e-mail me if there's anything, anyone is concerned about.

Brad,

I'll e-mail you and we can look into something. Understandably displaying graphics online is akin to leaving the keys in your car with the motor running down at the supermarket.

You can send them to me if you change your mind.

*lol*

yeah I have a few other sources of income... The time it takes to build 33 icons would make it a fairly poor turnover if that's all I did :D

One other questions that's popping up a bit...

Yes I've though about doing a C-Panel skin. Actually I'm building one right now (slowly). Once it's done it should be too hard to modify for other people. I'll probably offer that further down the road...

It currently looks a little like the Alabanza panel being a single frame with the stats on the left and icons to the right. Seems to load pretty quick so far...

How do you change the icons

Sorry for the late reply. Kunal's had me busy doing site stuff :)

I presume you're refering to the Alabanza control panel so this is the verbatim answer I got the first time I ever had to ask the same thing...

To replace the Alabanza CP icons what the person has to do is upload the new
CP Icons to a directory somewhere for their domain. The they have to go into
the DSM > Package Administration > Option Groups. (they have to be logged in
as dedop to do this) On the Option Groups screen they'll see all of the
packages. They have to click on each package one by one and change the
"Tool Image URL" to path of the image for that tool to point to the location
where they uploaded the new images.

Since the original Alabanza images are not stored on our actual servers you
can't just upload the images and replace them with new ones.
